Every compound sold by Black Series Lab is research-grade material intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory use. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds — for any reason.

Quality control covers every order before it leaves the facility. By purchasing from Black Series Lab, you accept that refunds are unavailable, including for change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction.

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives short an item, with the wrong compound, or visibly damaged, contact us at contact@blackserieslab.com immediately. Our team will review the case and make it right. Every customer should receive exactly what they ordered, in condition.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to contact@blackserieslab.combefore your order ships. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. We process orders quickly — reach out as soon as possible if you’re uncertain about a placed order.
