Overview

This site is owned and operated by Black Series Lab. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” throughout this document refer to Black Series Lab. The site — including all content, tools, and services made available through it — is offered on the condition that you accept everything outlined here.

Visiting the site or completing a purchase constitutes engagement with our “Service” and agreement to the terms below. These Terms apply to everyone who interacts with the site — researchers, visitors, vendors, anyone else.

Read these Terms carefully before using the site. Accessing any portion of the site constitutes agreement to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part, don’t use the site or our Service.

New features, products, or tools we introduce automatically fall under these Terms. We may revise them at any time by posting updates here — checking back periodically is your responsibility.

Section 1 — Using the Site

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm the following:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or you have parental/guardian consent for any minor dependents using this site.
  • You will not use our compounds or Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you will comply with all applicable laws — including copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You acknowledge that all compounds sold on this site are research-grade material intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use.
  • You will not transmit malicious code, viruses, worms, or any other harmful software through our Service.

Any breach of these Terms results in immediate termination of access to the Service.

Section 2 — General Conditions

We reserve the right to decline Service to any person at any time and for any reason.

You understand that information you submit (other than payment card data) may travel unencrypted across various networks. All credit card and payment information is encrypted during transmission.

You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or otherwise exploit any aspect of our Service without prior written consent.

Section 3 — Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep site content useful and current, but we cannot guarantee that everything is accurate, complete, or current at all times. Any reliance you place on information from the site is at your own risk.

The site may include historical content provided for reference only. We may change, update, or remove content at any time without obligation.

Section 4 — Pricing and Service Modifications

Compound prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without prior notice and without liability to you or any third party.

Section 5 — Compounds and Services

Some compounds and Services may be available only through the site and may be offered in limited quantities. All returns and exchanges are governed by the Refund Policy.

We do our best to accurately represent compound images and descriptions on the site, but we can’t guarantee that your screen will render colors identically to the physical product.

We may restrict sales of certain compounds by person, region, or jurisdiction at our discretion. We also reserve the right to limit order quantities, modify compound descriptions or pricing, or discontinue any compound at any time. Any offer on the site is void where prohibited by law.

Section 6 — Billing Accuracy and Account Responsibility

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion — including orders that appear to come from resellers or distributors, or multiple orders sharing the same account, payment method, or shipping address.

If we modify or cancel your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order — including keeping your email and payment details up to date.

Section 7 — Third-Party Tools

From time to time, we may make third-party tools and integrations available through the site. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, these external tools. They are provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties or guarantees of any kind.

Section 8 — Links to Third-Party Sites

The site may include content or links from third-party sources. These links lead to independent sites that are not operated by Black Series Lab — we don’t review, control, or vouch for their content, accuracy, or practices. We are not responsible for any harm or loss arising from transactions on third-party sites.

Section 9 — Submissions and User Content

If you send us feedback, ideas, reviews, or any other content, you grant Black Series Lab a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, edit, publish, and distribute that content in any format, with no obligation to compensate you or keep it confidential.

We may, at our discretion, remove any user-generated content we determine to be unlawful, offensive, harmful, or in violation of these Terms — but we are not obligated to do so.

Section 10 — Your Personal Information

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Section 11 — Errors and Corrections

Errors can appear on the site — in compound descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping costs, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Section 12 — Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the site, content, or Service for any of the following:

  • Any unlawful activity, or encouraging others to engage in unlawful acts.
  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights — ours or any other party’s.
  • Harassing, threatening, insulting, or discriminating against any person.
  • Submitting false, deceptive, or misleading information.
  • Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the Service.
  • Scraping, crawling, or harvesting other users’ personal information without authorization.
  • Spamming, phishing, or other deceptive communications.
  • Attempting to circumvent or undermine our security systems.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of access.

Section 13 — Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or the accuracy of results obtained through the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Series Lab and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages of any kind — including lost profits, lost data, or consequential, incidental, or punitive damages — arising out of your use of the Service or compounds, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Section 14 — Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Black Series Lab and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and licensors from any claims, demands, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.

Section 15 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Section 16 — Termination

Any obligations or liabilities that arose before termination of this agreement will survive and remain in effect after it ends. These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate this agreement immediately and without notice if we determine you have violated any of these Terms.

Section 17 — Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with any policies posted on this site, make up the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Black Series Lab regarding your use of the Service.

Section 18 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Section 19 — Updates to These Terms

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. We may update them at our sole discretion at any time — changes take effect as soon as they are posted. Continued use of the site following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
